Jordgubbstårta – or strawberry cake – is the shining start of every Midsommar table!
Come join us for a Strawberry cake fika as we prepare ourselves for Midsommar festivities. This delicious sponge cake is three layers with vanilla cream filling on the first layer, strawberry jam on the second and then covered in whipped cream and topped with fresh strawberries!
