What We Are Looking For
Who
We are looking for a passionate person with an international mindset and an interest in integration into Sweden. We believe you are a communicative and engaging teacher who is keen on helping relocated foreigners in Sweden to learn Swedish in a motivational way. You should enjoy flexible work days and meeting different types of people from all around the globe.
Background
You have a degree in teaching Swedish as a second language and personal experience from living in other cultures and countries. You have taught Swedish to expats and internationals and are comfortable with the task and working autonomously. You are passionate about language learning and helping others achieve their goals. Fluency in English written and spoken is required, as our teaching language is English.
Why
A Swedish teacher is responsible for planning, teaching, and coordinating language lessons within Grow International’s language program. Teaching can be in smaller groups or individually with one or two people. As each course has a tailored program and adapted to the group’s or individuals’ goals and learning style you will have a varying teaching environment.
Details
The lessons are held at our client's home or workplace and therefore require some traveling within the nearby region. Working hours can be daytime, evenings, and in some cases also weekends. You will either be employed by the hour or, if you have your own legal entity, contracted per assignment. What We Are Looking For
Who
Grow International's supports international talents in the areas of language, career, and intercultural competence. We are currently seeking English language teachers on a part-time, contracted basis to teach assignment-based, private, and group classes. The assignments are often focused on higher levels and advanced professional English learning.
Background
- You are a native English speaker
- You are a certified English language teacher
- You have at least 3 years of English language teaching experience
- You have online English language teaching experience
- You are a proactive problem-solver and independent
- You are available to teach at least 5 hours/week

Why
One of our main business areas is individual and group language training in English. The courses are usually held at the learner's workplace. The tasks include group-adapted planning and inspiring teaching that engages the students. An assignment varies from 20 to 80 lessons. The most typical intensity is a teaching session of about 1.5-3 hours two to three times a week. Lessons are normally held during office hours, but evenings and weekends occur from time to time.

Background
We believe you have experience from social and/or event work in an international context, used to lead projects, and an interest in creating good for others. Fluency in English writing and speaking is required, Swedish is not a must.
Why
The Event Manager will be responsible for arranging and carrying out Grow International’s social events, planned together with and supported by the management. Social events are any social or networking activity to connect expats and internationals. You will have the opportunity to develop your own happenings and activities of interest as well as collaborate with other stakeholders within the Stockholm expat community.

The Community and Operations Manager will have the following responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability
- Manage the daily functions of the business, communicating and corresponding between internal and third-party vendors
- Engage and support the expat member's community
- Develop, maintain and re-evaluate processes for daily business functions and management of our Grow programs
- Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed

What We Are Looking For
Who
We are looking for a passionate person who wants to be part of an exciting start-up in an international context. We believe you are a technically skilled person with an interest in web development and taking a key part in building a community for expats in Stockholm with digital tools. You have an international background and you are interested to further developing your international network.
Background
We believe you have experience and strong knowledge of modern Web Standards (HTML5, CSS3), experience using Javascript, an interest in and experience with responsive web design, and CMS experience with WordPress. It’s vital that you have the ability to translate requests from non-technical people into technical solutions. Fluency in English writing and speaking is required, Swedish is not a must.
Why
The Web Developer will be instrumental in developing Grow International’s online offer and web. You will have the opportunity to work freely together with the management in setting new standards and creating new content for our external and internal communication.
