It’s semla season and if you haven’t experienced it yet, now is your chance!
You are invited to join us celebrating Fettisdagen with traditional semla. Fettisdagen (Fat Tuesday this year on February 25th) traditionally starts the three day feast before Lenten. In Sweden, the celebration includes eating semla for fika. Semla is a cardamom infused bun with almond paste and topped off with cream. YUM!
