Join us on April 14 for an inspiring session with a Swedish guest who has experienced being an expat in her own country.

Lotta Adelstål, as she introduces herself, is a “Swedish third culture kid who grew up in East Africa and a ‘recovering’ expat after 16 years in Guatemala, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, and Thailand.” Back in Sweden, she now works as a facilitator and coach.

In this session, Lotta will share her mistakes, lessons, and insights from moving to, settling into, living in, and leaving different places and contexts.

During her years in Africa, she discovered the concept of Ubuntu – “I am because we are.” She uses this as a reminder that we are all connected, and that through community we support one another to grow, flourish, and succeed. This Expat Coffee Morning brings that spirit to life!

Lotta will invite you into meaningful conversations that bring clarity and strength, helping you make decisions and move into action. Whether you’re new to Sweden, between jobs, or simply seeking motivation on your Swedish journey, this session will offer practical insights and meaningful new connections.
