Winter Mindfulness Meditation

As the stillness outside mirrors the opportunity to attune to the wisdom within, join us for a mindfulness meditation on Monday, January 15. In this session, you will have the opportunity to allow yourself a moment of respite from the daily hustle by connecting with the present moment. Some time will also be dedicated for sharing and reflecting with your expat community about what supports well-being in the darkest time of the Swedish winter.
This event is free and open for everyone. Just make sure you sign up to ensure your spot and receive the Zoom meeting details. The session starts at 18 and lasts for about an hour.

Dress comfortably in warm clothes and connect to the session from a calm place that will support your meditation practice.
No prior meditation experience is necessary—everyone is welcome to join this mindfulness meditation.
