We offer a free session as a taste of our intercultural coaching.

This session will focus on culture in terms of leadership styles in Sweden. Patricia Craig, one of our intercultural trainers will walk you through the differences in leadership styles from a multicultural perspective, based on research, current affairs and personal experiences.

After having done the session you will have gained deeper insights and understanding in:

• Organisation and Change
• Feedback and Conflict in Sweden compared to other countries
