November 14, 2019 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm UTC+0

Grow Internationals Coffee Morning

Join us for the next Expat Coffee Morning in Gothenburg on 14th November.

We are happy to have relationship coach Polya Rosin as inspirational speaker of the month. Polya will focus her talk on:

“How to survive and thrive in the dark winter season and have stress-free winter holidays”

Use the power of healthy relationships to fight the winter blues, brighten your days and enjoy stress-free holidays with friends or family

How do you overcome the lack of light and smiles when winter comes knocking on your door in Scandinavia? And does a trip back home to meet family really help? Or do you need holidays after the holidays with family and extended family?

During this fun and provocative seminar you will:

  • Learn how to switch to winter gear and dark-proof your relationships
  • Create your personalised vitamin D tablets
  • Practice three techniques to survive and thrive during the winter holiday season with family and extended family

The Expat Coffee Morning is a friendly and welcoming place for expats to gather over a fika, listening to an inspirational keynote and meet new friends and contacts. The speaker of the month Polya Rosin, is a relationship strategist. She holds a BSc from Italy, MSc from Germany, she is a Robbins-Madanes trained coach and part of the Grow Internationals coaches. She is originally from Bulgaria, has been an expat since the age of 18, and for the past 10 years she has been living in Stockholm with her spouse and three kids.
