DESCRIPTION:Join us on January 25th for a day out in a wonderful Swedish winter setting where you get your heart rate going. \nLearn how physical activity can help you survive the Swedish Winter Season with Ulrika Celsing\, one of our expert coaches and certified fitness instructor. \nUlrika will lead a fun and challenging outdoor work out focusing on mobility\, conditioning and boosting your metabolism. The class is designed for all ages and fitness levels so bring your family\, partner and friends! Ulrika will also give you hands on tips and motivation on how to Survive the Swedish winter with physical activity. \nYour body needs about 2% more energy in cold temperatures to keep you warm. Make sure to wear proper sweat-absorbing warmer clothing that will keep you dry and safe from getting a cold and a dry set of clothes to change into. There are shower facilities and sauna at Hellasgården for a perfect round up after the work out. \n11:00-12:00 Swedish Winter Physical Activity Session \n12:00-13:00 Fika & Mingle with attendees & coach \n\nFree for Grow Internationals Members.\nNon-Members 150kr per person.\n\nPlease RSVP by 12:00pm on January 23rd. \nFood\, beverages\, and sauna available at the nature reserve\, at own cost. \nMinimum of 7 atteendees required.
