DESCRIPTION:What better way to start the weekend and enjoy summer in Stockholm than outside with morning Yoga in the park! Come join us for morning yoga class\, led by one of our very own members\, and certified Yoga instructor\, Tomomi Tanaka. Tomomi will be leading us through some flows on Saturday\, July 1st from 9:00am-10:00am. This class is a slow Hatha yoga\, suitable for all. Beginners are welcome. Come and join us to explore something new! Please make sure to wear comfortable workout clothes that you can move in\, bring your own water bottle\, and a yoga mat. \nEvent details \nWe will gather in Vasaparken\, which is just a 2-minute walk from St. Eriksplan subway station. Remember to RSVP by Thursday\, June 29\, using the form below to secure your spot and receive details regarding the specific meeting point and time. \nPlease note that this class is a “pay by donation” meaning that you can swish a donation amount of your choice to Tomomi at the end of the Yoga session. A donation of 100kr per person is encouraged.
