SUMMARY:Online Cooking Class - Chinese Food
DESCRIPTION:We continue with our international online cooking classes in November! \nHave you ever tried to cook Chinese food at home? How did it go? Is it too difficult? The answers to these questions should be NO! Now there is an opportunity for you to learn two delicious\, simple and traditional Chinese dishes in a one-hour session. Our Chinese home maker Jiewen will share her personal recipes with you\, guide you step by step and make you believe that Chinese cuisine can be easy\, fun and cheerful to make in your daily life. Please find the two recipes below for your reference. \n  \nCold Chicken Dish\nIngredients: (For 2-3 persons) \n\n6 chicken drumsticks\n3 cloves of garlic\n2 small spicy chilies (Swedish: Piri-Piri)\n1 fresh coriander\n2 tsp Sesame oil\n3 tsp Soy sauce\n½ tsp Salt\n\n  \nCooking steps: \n\nBoil chicken drumsticks with hot water until they’re fully cooked (about 10 minutes). Then put the chicken in an empty bowl\, cool them down and tear them into small pieces. *Tips: In order to cool the chicken down quickly\, you can have some ice in the bowl.\nAdd salt\, soy sauce and sesame oil to the bowl with chicken\, then mix them well.\nChop the garlics\, corianders and chilies to very small pieces\, then put them on the top of the chicken.\nFry some oil in a pan until it is very hot\, then pour it on the top of garlic\, corianders\, chilies in the bowl. (This step is to make the garlic\, corianders and chilies to taste more)\nYou just need to mix everything\, and now you get a delicious Chinese traditional cold dish!\n\n*Suggest serving with rice. \n\nStir fired tomato and egg\nIngredients: (for 2 persons) \n\n3 eggs\n2 tomatoes\n3 tsp ketchup\n½ tsp Salt\n1 tsp Sesame oil\n\nCooking steps: \n\nCrack eggs in a bowl\, add some salt\, then use forks or chopsticks to stir and beat eggs.\nCut the tomatoes into pieces.\nAdd some oil in a pan\, add the eggs to the pan\, wait for eggs to form lumps\, then break them into small pieces.\nAdd tomato pieces into the same pan and stir fry until they become soft and juicy. (If there’s no juice in the pan\, add 1 tsp water). Then add the ketchup\, sesame oil and some salt\, and mix them. Now your dish is ready!\n\n*Suggest serving with rice or rice noodles. \n  \nThis event is open and free for everyone to join – just make sure to RSVP in time! \n  \nXie Xie! \n  \n

DESCRIPTION:Join us for a free tour of our beautiful capital\, Stockholm! \nWe start the tour in front of our office on Kungsholmen to start our tour through Stockholm city. We will visit some of central Stockholm’s most beautiful and fascinating sites\, guided by our intercultural specialist and history enthusiast Patricia. \nWe will make a brief stop for refreshments at one of Patricia’s favourite spots\, so bring some money/card.
