DESCRIPTION:Join us for a “Yoga Fika” – Self care for your body\, mind and heart. \n\nWe’ll have tea and snacks at Yogapalatset\, Fredrikslundsvägen 2\, in Bromma on Wednesday January 10th 15:00-16:00. \n\nEmma Ehrenthal is an American art therapist\, who is new to Sweden\, and would love to invite you to join her for “fika” at yogapalatset.  She has worked with families in transitional settings providing a wide range of support.  This “fika” will be a time to meet\, explore transitions\, and learn relaxation techniques used in art therapy.\n\nThe creative project will be painting mandala stones. In many different cultures through out history the circle had been used for self-actualization. In the processes of creating the mandala you are bringing awareness to yourself. Mandala\, in Sanskrit means “healing circle or “wholeness”.  This art project is appropriate for all ages and skill level.\nOpen and free for everyone who signs up below before January 8th.
