Ulrika will also give you hands on tips and motivation on how to Survive the Swedish winter with physical activity. \nYour body needs about 2% more energy in cold temperatures to keep you warm. DESCRIPTION:Take your Swedish to the next level by joining our Swedish Conversation Practice Course – Level A. The focus of the course will be on speaking Swedish and listening to spoken Swedish (understanding). \nThe conversations and listening exercises will be the focus with information about pronunciation\, grammar and words\, shaping the content. Around 50% of the course will be conversations and the other 50% on listening. A2 level is required to join the course\, but higher levels can also join\, so we have a somewhat equal understanding and knowledge of Swedish.
