DESCRIPTION:Step up your fika game with… a game! Join us on Saturday\, September 10\, and meet other expats in Stockholm over a coffee! To make things interesting\, we will also play a game. \nThe rules are easy. First\, we write words on pieces of paper and put them into the hat. Then people split into two teams. Each turn someone from a team gets 30 seconds to explain as many words from the hat as possible without saying the exact word or its synonyms. The team that gets the most words wins. DESCRIPTION:Come join us outside the city for a short hike near Grimsta Nature reserve. We will meet at Blackeberg Centrum and begin our walk towards lake Mälaren\, hike through the forest\, and end our journey at Kanaans Trädgårds Cafe just in time to join their music quiz! Afterwards\, you are free to stay and enjoy the afternoon at the beach – just be sure to bring your bathing suits! This is a great activity open for people of all ages. \nInvite your friends or bring your family! And don’t forget to RSVP by August 25 so that we know you are coming. \nAdditional information \nThe hiking portion is approximately 20 minutes and follows a well-established path. This is a beginner-level hike and suitable for people of all ages. The music quiz is a mix of English and Swedish. Midsummer is the longest day of the year – when the sky never darkens – and this year it’s celebrated on June 24. We will anticipate the celebrations and meet on June 18 for a potluck picnic\, to prepare for this cherished tradition and to welcome the summer while exchanging experiences about moving and living in Sweden. All you need to do is bring some food\, drinks\, and a blanket to experience a real picnic potluck in beautiful Djurgården. \nDetails   \nWe will meet up in front of Rosendals Trӓdgårdskafé at 11:45 on June 18. \nThis event is free and open for everyone\, but you need to bring your own food and drink. \nPlease note that the event will be held outdoors.
