Although\, the route is fairly flat\, and we will cycle at a moderate pace\, it is a 3-hour trip\, so please get a check-up if you haven’t cycled for a while. Ideally\, children must be over 12 and be able cycle well. Helmets are not mandatory over the age of 12\, but we recommend wearing one. DESCRIPTION:Welcome to the Expat Coffee Morning on 17th July! \nThis time we’ll focus entirely on those of you who are aspiring authors\, bloggers or been thinking about writing a piece. We will also be hosting the event\, weather permitting\, outdoors in Humlegården for a change. \nOur key note speaker is Vandana Sehgal\, an author\, inspirational speaker  and a holistic wellness coach. Her first book – I Love Myself: Discover a life through self-love was published in Jan 2019. When she wrote her first book\, Vandana did lot of research in understanding an appropriate way of writing a book. Much later\, she realised there wasn’t any secret ingredient. What was needed was a simple strategy weaved into doable steps and a right mindset to make the journey fun and exploring. Vandana had lots of happy moments with my first book. So much so that she started with her second book\, the moment the first manuscript was sent. \nThe 5-Steps of Become an Author program promises you to see your dream into a reality. It is planned to drop the notion of book writing to be hard and years of work. Every book doesn’t take years to write. Through this program\, I will lay down simple and doable process for you\, that would bring clarity of thoughts and expression. This would let you enjoy your journey\, instead of draining all your inner resources.  \nWe will dig into questions like why you want to be a write? Which need of yours is being satisfied? and How your writing will benefit you and the reader? \n  \nWhat you need: Pen and paper and a water bottle. We will sit in open maintaining social distancing to write\, learn and discuss. More info on where to meet will be sent out the day before the event.

DESCRIPTION:Let’s enjoy together the one of Europe’s largest graffiti exhibitions and take colorful photos in front of world famous graffiti art! \nJoin us as we explore an alternative part of Stockholm – Snösätra Graffiti Wall of Fame by bike. If you haven’t been here\, this is an entirely different side of Stockholm you need to see. SUMMARY:Stockholm City bike tour
DESCRIPTION:Join us for an experience of Stockholm from the wheels during 3 hours! \nBring/hire a bike and meet us in front of our office on Kungsholmen to start our cultural bike tour through Stockholm city. We will visit some of Stockholm’s most beautiful and fascinating sites\, guided by our intercultural specialist and history enthusiast Patricia. \nWe will make a brief stop for refreshments at one of Patricia’s favourite spots\, so bring some money/card. Although\, the route is fairly flat\, and we will cycle at a moderate pace\, it is a 3-hour trip\, so please get a check-up if you haven’t cycled for a while. Ideally\, children must be over 12 and be able cycle well. Helmets are not mandatory over the age of 12\, but we recommend wearing one. We want everyone to be safe\, so there will also be a short health and safety talk before leaving. \nTo join the tour you need to sign up below before 3rd July. \n
